Now's your chance folks - an opportunity to immortalize the Town of Picton in Canadian history through song. Linda Swaine from the Rose Haven Farm Store in Picton, Ontario has nominated Picton for the CBC's Great Canadian Song Quest and now its time for the rest of us to kick into gear.
Please notify your networks that its time to nominate Picton via the songquest website at http://www.cbc.ca/radio2/songquest/index.html . Using the list on the upper right hand corner of the page, go to Picton or type in Picton, ON.
Go to the website once each day until October 12th to place your nomination.
